Katie compiles relevant information from a variety of sources — which have been reviewed by Richard — and synthesises this to form a comprehensive yet succinct and coherent report. She also handles transcription and communications as well as all of WritPsych's business management functions.

Richard provides expert psychiatric witness services for all of the reports that WritPsych produce. This entails reviewing all of the available evidence; conducting expert psychiatric witness assessments, where appropriate; supplying all of the information to inform the report; and signing off on the final versions of all reports.
